I am a psychologist specialising in personal growth and transformation. With a holistic approach that combines science, psychology & mindfulness, I help you develop emotional intelligence, self-esteem, clarity of purpose, and spiritual connection. I am a psychologist, graduated from ISPA - Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada - in Lisbon, with 16 years of experience specializing in behavioral change - for this I use specific techniques to develop healing, balance, inner harmony and happiness and a feeling of general fulfillment.
To this end, my fourteen years of yoga practice have been a huge advantage, bringing incredible tools throughout my life; and in addition, in the last decade I have also dedicated myself to developing my vocal tool, where I have had the opportunity to improve other skills from my past, including public speaking and presentation techniques, which has led me to be invited several times as a presenter at corporate conventions .
This rich set of skills makes it possible to create your own personalized human development and performance sessions.
In these sessions, I combine my valuable training in psychology with my accumulated life experience in various fields (including nutrition), all culminating in what motivates and fascinates me most: self-knowledge and well-being.
