• No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• In case of illness or force majeure, the session may be rescheduled with no time limit, subject to justification.

• Packages are non-refundable but may be paused for justified reasons.

• If I need to cancel due to force majeure, the session will be rescheduled.
